Paid Time Off

All LOGIC employees are accustomed to paid time off, based on the laws of the country they are based in. Applicable law is followed in all cases, while having minimum PTO across all employees, including full-time contractors, to make sure everyone gets the rest they need.

PTO policy

All employees - direct and full-time contractors - get the following paid time off:

  • 20 days per year, or the days defined by the local law of the country the employee is based in - whichever is bigger
  • Official holidays for the country the employee is based in - below is a list for all countries we currently have employees

  • 06/01/2022 - Epiphany
  • 07/03/2022 - Clean Monday (Moving holiday)
  • 25/03/2022 - 25th of March
  • 22/04/2022 - Orthodox Good Friday (Moving holiday)
  • 25/04/2022 - Orthodox Easter Monday (Moving holiday)
  • 02/05/2022 - Labor day (Moving holiday in case it’s Sunday or another holiday)
  • 13/06/2022 - Holy Spirit (Moving holiday)
  • 15/08/2022 - Dormition of the Holy Virgin
  • 28/10/2022 - The Ochi day
  • 25/12/2022 - Christmas day
